Notzarina began her theatrical career as a prominent member of the Stage 2 Theatre Company, based at The Midlands Arts Centre, where she performed in many shows including devised comedy, musicals and scripted productions, in addition to training for her LAMDA diploma, which she passed with Honours. Previous roles include Shirley (Shirley Valentine), Salome (Salome) and Beatrice (Much Ado About Nothing).

Since coming to Cambridge, Notzarina gained a part in the Footlights 2001 Pantomime 'The Scarlet Pimpernel' where she met her best friend Fiona, who she Tour Manages this show with. After that she became President of The Cambridge Mummers, the oldest independent drama society of the University and produced their 2002 Edinburgh Fringe show. Since then she has been responsible for sponsorship on The Footlights' committee and was Business Manager for a European Tour of 'Twelfth Night' with ETG last Christmas.
